"Arctic Defense Expanded (NPC Defense Map)" is the map name with a working KA-27 that has a functional turret. Idk if you can somehow use that model instead as a standalone NPC but it would be awesome if you could.

Theres a model on a map i found on gmod that has a KA-27 that replaced hunter on the map with the same model with working turret, ill find it in a sec

Nice addon, but the turret does not rotate or lock onto targets, but is instead stuck at a fixed position.
