Aethiopian Hero Fixes and Adjustments

This mod makes the following changes to Aethiopian Heroes:

- The Hero using Medjai Warriors armour now has a body that the earrings fit properly on. He also has a different type of Manfyt Infantry shield and a different variation of Medjai Warriors armour.
- One of the archer Heroes has had their body changed to maintain variety after the above change.
- Aethiopian Tribesmen shields used by Heroes now make a wooden sound.
- The Hero who originally used a Nakhtu-aa Infantry shield now uses an Aethiopian Tribesmen shield.
- The Hero who originally used a Nefru Infantry shield now uses a Manfyt Infantry shield.
- Aethiopian Heroes now have more varied khopeshes.
