Description

Increases land travel speed by +40% (from 5 to 7) and sea travel speed by approx. +70% (from 7 to 12).

Also increases maximum route deviation by +50% in general and +33% for pilgrimages. (Pilgrimages already had a higher value by default).

Also makes it easier to host the Meet Peer activity by delaying the activity start date by 7 additional days.
