Report a translation problem
It can be disabled in the parameters, but it's on by default. It may be limited to whatever you have the vehicles limited to, I'm not sure right now. So you may want to adjust the 'Vehicles' parameter as well if you want all vehicles available.
You can also choose to use vehicles of the 'side', blufor, opfor, or indepenent, but that does give a strange mix of vehicles if you have many vehicle mods installed.
If you choose the 'faction' option, then it will use only vehicles that are assigned to the faction. If there are no vehicles then it will move to using the side vehicles. It might even require vehicles with weapons, I can't remember.
I guess I could add a menu to let you choose the player and enemy vehicles, but that could be quite a large list of vehicles.
