Report a translation problem
An easy "fix" would be to go to the torpedo_assembly.lua file in the data\scripts\lib directory of the mod and move the contents of line 697 to line 706.
This would fix the list so each option in the list would point to the correct warhead, but only after you've unlocked all building knowledge; the list would be even more jumbled until then.
To properly fix this would probably require either completely re-writing the way the warhead selection list is generated, or using a different method of restricting which warheads are available such that the list always shows every warhead.
