• Trait - Equal of Kisra: Conquering a city grants an Envoy and 100 Gold and Faith (on Standard Speed). +1 Gold and Faith for every sent Envoy. +1% Envoy token points per turn for every military unit. Levied units gain +4 Combat Strength and gain Gold and Faith equal to 50% of a defeated enemy unit's Combat Strength.

• Spawn Bias - Tier 2 Desert Hills, Tier 3 Desert Mountain/Plains Mountain, Tier 4 Plains Hills.

• Afghan unique Industrial era Melee class unit that replaces the Line Infantry. Does not cost maintenance or resources. +4 Combat Strength if adjacent to a Ranged or Siege class unit.
  
  CIVILIZATION IMPROVEMENT: SHAH'S MOSQUE
  
• +1 Great Engineer and Great Prophet points per turn. Minor Production and Faith adjacency from districts, increasing to standard adjacency with Divine Right. Additional Tourism at Flight. A city can only have one Shah's Mosque. Cannot be built adjacent to another Shah's Mosque.
