"map jb_chud"

A large sandbox map that includes:
- Huge and flat terrain, perfect for driving around and spawning props until your game crashes;
- Parking area with buggies;
- Large club building;
- Water area with the beach to swim around either on your own or on airboats;
- Special "Sneed & Feed" inspired house with an interactive button nearby it (PRESS ON IT TO FIND OUT WHAT DOES IT DO);
- Various meme-pictures scattered around the map;
- Awful lighting on the concrete walls of that large-club construction. Idk why it looks like this;
- Secret Easter Egg, hidden somewhere on the map;
- Breakable fences on the roads.

(The reason why it's almost 200 megabytes is that I included a 3-minute-long .wav file)

Probably going to update it with HDR later.

Update it by removing the map folder in "Workshop" folder, unsubscribing and subscribing again.
