Description
A financer was traced back from recent purchases by a terrorist cell associated to Nowheraki insurgents under our surveillance. He is located in the outskirts of the capital in a compound with multiple guards seen visiting and leaving. His location is suspected to also be a staging site for terrorists, so expect heavy resistance. Extract the VIP.
