Shiny Pikachu

The rarest of all Pikachus, this one comes equipted with moves both new and familuar that only the finest action replay could provide. Not only having the elusive Surf ability, but even Tekken Electrics. With its speed cranked all the way up, Shiny Pikachu has high damadge and insane combo potential. Pokemon Stadium's announcer will cheer you on as you fight.

-FORWARD AIR: Electric Drill
Pikachu spins forwards causing a multihit. This move can be attack canceled.

-NEUTRAL AIR: Flak Jacket
Pikachu surrounds himself with elctricity, causing a multihit. This move can be attack canceled.

-UP AIR: Iron Tail
Pikachu swings his tail upwards which sends foes diagonally down. This move can be attack canceled.

-DOWN AIR: Electric Screw
Pikachu spins downwards to spike foes. If done near the ground, a second hitbox will appear on landing. This move can be attack canceled.

-BACK AIR: Backwards Spin
Pikachu spins backwards to multi hit foes. For each hit connected, Pikachu will gain backwards momentum simular to his Brawl Minus appearance. This move can be attack canceled.

-FRONT STRONG: Thundershock
Pikachu shoots electricity forward launching foes anc causing a minor multihit

-UP STRONG: Somersault Smash Plus
Pikachu launches upwards in the air carrying foes with him, allowing for a counter attack.

-DOWN STRONG: Electric Spin
Pikachu spins in place, causing a multihit before launching foes. This move can actually be attack canceled upon contact.

-NEUTRAL SPECIAL: Thunder Jolt/Thunder Ball
Pikachu shoots a bolt of electricity that hugs the floor on contact with the ground. It will knock foes backwards upon hit.

-SIDE SPECIAL: Electric Wind God Fist
Simplified input that only deals half damadge, but still locks foes in place with heavy hitstun. Functions as both a combo starter and extender.

-UP SPECIAL: Quick Attack
Pikachu quickly teleports 2 times while hurting foes. Input the move without holding a direction to teleport only once and Up B into the ground to preform a super wave dash. However, Pikachu is not invincible at any point in the move.

-DOWN SPECIAL: Thunder
Pikachu calls upon a storm cloud to knock foes downwards. It lacks a hitbox on Pikachu and displays a red warning zone on startup, but is much faster.

-ULTRA: Helicopter
Pikachu flys in the air at great speed to damage foes. It doesnt stagger but deals excessive damadge and grants Pikachu invicibilty. There truely is nothing the foe can do but run away.

-ADVANCED TECH: Super Wave Dash
Pikachu can wavedash off of Up B which ends the move early but grants incredible distance.
