This MOD does not take effect after subscribing, please read the following instructions carefully:
Steps
1- Subscribe to this addon, then open and close the game.
2- Go to (L4D2 folder)\left4dead2\addons\workshop. You can easily find the game's folder by right clicking the game on your library, then going on Properties > Local Files > Browse.
3- Find the mod, identifiable by its thumbnailand extract the video files. You'll need GCFScape or a similar program to open it.

4- Go to (L4D2 folder)\left4dead2\media.
5- Replace the video files with the ones from this mod.
6- Unsubscribe, or you'll be wasting 200MB
