Holdout - Blood Harvest

Adds the Holdout Mutation on Blood Harvest.

These 2 maps are different from each other, as the first map is based on surviving the hordes, while the second map is based on collecting gas cans and pouring them into the generator.

1st Map : There are 10 waves to survive before the chopper will arrive on the train that is near the first cliffside house.
2nd Map : You will have to fill up the generator with gas for enough time until the chopper will arrive on the roof which is located on the back side of the farmhouse.

To play the Holdout Mutation you have to go to the main menu, from there select the Mutations menu and then select "Change Mutation" option and change it to Holdout. Once you did, you can either create a lobby or join an existing game, as you normally would.

Note: On the 2nd map, once you leave the startbox you will have additional time before the hordes will come.

2nd Note: There won't be any supply drops on the 1st map, so use your kits efficiently, this is not true for the 2nd map, but as a penalty, no gascan drops can be called and will be occured here.
