He has the same movement as Kaien, but has different attacks for the most part and combos way better into a killing blow.

Note:
Some of his attacks have something new or another hit if you press a secondary input, especially the Shoryuken if you press the input again you do a spin kick. The neutral attack throws out a projectile if you press it three times even if none of the hits connect.If every attack in his ultra hits it's an instant kill.
