Description

This map features a street with an enterable building on one side and a beach on the other. On the beach, a lot of the water is swimmable before you actually hit the invisible walls on the edge of the map. The building has 3 floors, an elevator and 4 apartments.

Features:
-Cubemaps.
-Ground AI nodes.
-Nav mesh.

The map is in the Sandbox section and is called "gm_beach_apartments".

It's not necessary to download Counter-Strike: Source.
