Description
Bagpipe musical instrument as a modder's resource. However It is a fully usable item as well, similar to the guitar in that it comes with 3 basic random songs, Rowan Tree, Scotland the Brave, Skye Boat and 1 clown song Highland Circus.

Oh as a resource please feel free to put this in your own mod, there is a version of this in Hungry Europans.

I have been considering adding an effect that gives 1 vigor while being played so everyone does the jaunty military walk.

I experimented with making this a Variant of the guitar for talents but it has to be an actual guitar and cannot be a bagpipe or other instrument at all dang.
