The Gemini Titan II, was a rocket and spacecraft developed around the 1960s by the US, the Gemini program was essentially the bridge between the freshly made Mercury, and the soon to come Apollo program along with the Moon landing. Some exploits achieved through Gemini were EVAs, rendezvous, and docking. It flies for the last time in 1966 to make way for Apollo.

A failed launch is a known issue in some cases, where the rocket fails to lift off the pad, this is usually a one off and random occurring event which has no explanation.

Please don't post about that if it happens, unless it is recurring. Any sort of detail like, exactly what happened, if you noticed something odd at the same time, I will try my best to fix any issue, but a simple "doesn't work" can't help me.
