North Carolina License Plate Pack ('82-present) (4.27) (Update 1)

Updated for 4.27! This is now a CustomPaints mod! Select a vanilla US-size license plate, and apply your texture of choice!

Update 1 (Nov 18 2023):
The 2026 expiry plates now have the correct font, watermark, and tag design. Lettering is slightly thinner, the 8 has a different look to it. Security helix was dropped, in favor of a unique-to-NC watermark you can find in the center. Tags now have an "Official" seal watermark, with a 6-pointed star overlaid on to them.

This pack includes several hand-drawn license plates from my home state of North Carolina!

These plates are recreated from scratch, drawn by me, off of measurements and observed colors in a light box from real plates in my collection! I tried my best to make sure they feel like they fit in the vanilla game. Hopefully y'all enjoy them!
