Less Annoying Powerful Vassals

Description
Simple mod that changes the opinion malus of Powerful Vassals without council position from -40 to -10

This mod also reduces the number of Powerful Vassals in each Title Tiers
County = 0
Duchy = 1
Kingdom = 2
Empire = 3

Should be compatible with everything

I found that if you're using the More Interactive Vassals mod this mod is no longer able to reduce the number of powerful vassals. The opinion part still works.

using this mod breaks the new adventurer camps, you can't choose a purpose anymore

Sounds like a great idea, but I couldn't use this as the launcher said that the descriptor file was missing. Is there an easy fix on my end? Thanks.

I just wanted to point out one issue I've run into with this mod. Because of the reduction in the number of powerful vassals, a Dukes regent can not do a coup if they are also the powerful vassal.

@Mars nice idea, but i'm afraid i won't implement any features beside these as i want to keep this mod simple and avoiding any possible incompatibility with other mods
