How about THIS?!

The classic iteration of Dr. Eggman, Dr. Robotnik from Sonic Generations comes to GMod as a playermodel. Includes viewmodel hands.

Truth be told, I would've released this along with my modern Eggman playermodel, but I wasn't satisfied with how it was turning out. The model was so rotund that the arms were barely visible. Eventually I just decided to upload it. The thumbnail kinda lies about the default pose, I took that picture with the arms slightly wider apart so it would look good.
