Improved ID Card

Description
Fork of USA ID Card - Darkrp Support and French ID Card - Darkrp Support by Vukein. ID Card that can be shown to other players when held.

Vaguely based on Australian ID documents, this version displays:
►Players RP Name
►Steam Name
►Playtime on the current server
►Rank
►Gun licence status
►Player join time and date
►health, armour, and ping.
