Unlocking road peices brings some interesting results, so I bring you Dome Derby!

It's a Reverse-Tag level, that consists of a sphere inside a ring, both made out of half-pipe track peices, with a few teleporters and a flat panel to spawn on.

If you want to create the half pipe road segments yourself, take care as the process can be un-reliable, and scaling unlocked track pieces cannot be undone.
With a normal track piece selected, if you press 'L' (or the equivalent button in the tools menu), you'll unlock the track, allowing it to scale in unusual ways. If you connect it to an existing track piece, it will bend an stretch so that it meets up, without the other end of the piece moving.
If you attempt to increase of the track piece, it will automatically reset the height to 1 when you release the control, however, doing so may convert the piece into a half pipe, and releasing the control sets it to a half pipe of size 1.
If you magaged to create, and keep the half pipe (sometimes it does change back if you hold the control too long), Congratulations! Now, be carefull not to make it too big/small with the scale controls while it's till unlocked, as the undo function won't work with it.
