Description
⚠️ THIS MOD IS MADE SPECIFICALLY FOR 2160P MONITORS⚠️

ABOUT THE MOD
As with the Proper 4K UI Project for EU4 mod, the purpose of this mod is to eliminate the blurred interface elements and poor legibility that the game's scaling option and all existing methods (scale_ui, windows "hacks", etc.) introduce when scaling the game for playing at high resolutions.

FEATURES
  • A Bigger Interface + Picture Addon by Kamufen are integrated into the mod
  • Fonts have been replaced with one that's more legible but that still fits thematically
  • Upscaled - rather than being scaled-up - GFX assets in order to get rid of the blur CK2's built-in scaler and the Scale_UI mod introduce when scaling the game
  • Ironman compatible by default

NOTES
- 9.8GB 880MB uncompressed. Nothing I can do about this.

- This is version 1.0. I'm still messing adjusting stuff as I come across them, and I'm fully open to any feedback regarding the mod (scale factor/font used), as well as to suggestions about any other Ironman compatible QoL mods that I should look into integrating into the mod.

- I will not be making compatibility patches for a ton of different mods as I have done with the EU4 project. Sorry; it's just too time-consuming, but if a particular mod has a lot of request I'll look into them... I'm also throwing in a bone with CK2Plus (will be uploaded shortly). :P

- Any mod that changes, adds to, or replaces the game's GFX/.gui files will likely be incompatible. In its current state, it's compatible with CleanSlate, which is also a required mod for CK2Plus, and some map mods, such as In Heavens. It should also be compatible with all coat of arms and flags mods. It should be immediately noticeable to tell if a mod is incompatible or not just by checking the mod's folder (if it has a "gfx" and/or "interface" folder in the main directory then you can safely assume it's incompatible)

- Should be used with the game's scaling option set to 1.0

I know you specifically said you weren't making compatibility patches except in the case of lots of requests, so I'm going to make a request with the hope that others have the same. Would love compatibility for Colored Buttons, currently those icons get neither upscaled nor scaled up.

Are you ever going to make a patch for AGOT? Also, would love a 1440p version. It's so over! This game will never be the same.

Also when using the mod, I cannot return to main menu while in game, when clicking the button the game must have crashed at once.

Dont get me wrong, it is the best 4k ui mod in ck2 comhub, but need progress in some ways.

One thing must be noticed, when using this mod I cannot load the dyna tree: when I clicking on +icon under character pictures in the dyna tree window，nothing happened. I cannot open the tree and view the family relationships. Guess there must be something went wrong in the gtx/interface files of this mod, when inactivated the mod I can open and browse the dyna tree again.

Unfortunately, on 1.0, some messages are still not fully readable. For example when your king drinks this Eudamion drug which helps him get over stress.

Thank you very much. This mod helped me playing Crusader kings 2 without headachs on my tv.
One thing that I would like to see improved is that some messages are not fully readable. They end with ... when its clear that they should be more to read.
