Description
Changes the world states for Stoat when Inaba is alive into versions that are owned by the Trade Ninjas faction.

Segregated United Cities Lords/Ladies

The town is not a new instance and is compatible with mods.

The town is a mimic of the same set up under the United Cities.

Many of the inherent buildings are turned into bars.

None of the other world states are changed.

No npcs or factions were changed.

No new npcs or factions have been created.
