Since Unbound: A Submod for Elder Kings 2 by Vertimnus is still outdated, I wanted to still be able to use its basic Game Rules that changing some of the details in the game on start.

Like changing faith doctrine from Pluralist to Fundamentalist etc. I did it to use on my own, but I'd like to publish for others under the name "Unbound: Game Rules" while Unbound is still out dated.

NOTE: This doesn't update nor fix Unbound! I only took some of the Unbound's Game Rules that still work. Once the original mod author or someone else updates Unbound this mod won't be needed but still could be used for using these Game Rules alone.
