RIS - Concretum Civitas (clear)

Description
Edited TIOW port of Kamen's amazing RIS scenario, taking place on unpolluted Concretum map.
Contains custom compositions to fit with TIOW!
Map by TIOW team, all credit for scenario goes to Kamen and his organised, commented scripts.
Let me know of any issues and bear in mind that this is a work in progress, especially defensive structures.
