Description
Changes the world states for the towns of Bad Teeth and Okran's Shield into versions that are owned by The Holy Empire as well as having world states tied to Valtena.

Segregated Holy Inquisitors

This is a new faction based on The Holy Empire.

The town is not a new instance and is compatible with mods.

The town is a mimic of the same set up under The Holy Nation.

The base color of the faction is removed.
