Adds the Nagashi Blade as a new, Heavy-Class weapon.

An incredibly grim blade. It can be used as a saw upon crashing into the enemy. The removed parts of the blade make it lighter and more versatile.

I might make more models using the ovals like they can slide on some extra parts or something, could be cool, like a tech hunter weapon for a certain sect or something, like ultra rare and shit but it's lore for where it comes from

Longest Non Heavy in the Game is 25 Lemgth, but the weapon looks beautiful I can change it myself to a heavy class by taking it from the workshop folder and adding it to the mods folder to open in the FCS to balance it how I want it, but I can't deny the look.

I initially was going to make it a heavy weapon as it's the size of the fragment axe but because of the removed parts in the blade i thought it would pass as a bigger sabre weapon
