He comes in a yellow raincoat, with dark blue jeans

Here's something fun..


A nameless man in a yellow raincoat, Nobody knew who he was, or if he even had a identity, appears in the subarbs of a bustling city, One bed-ridden with petty crime, and meaningless jobs in rainy and gloomy conditions appears. He was often described holding a Umbrella, to protect him from the rain.
Citizens would often see him when crossing the roadblocks, also sometimes see him near a bus stop. The man was on one mission. To offer others humility into these people's gloomy and working-class lives.

The man would often talk to someone, often cracking a grin on their face whenever their short conversation ended. The man would keep repeating this, for weeks on end, as the weather never seemed to stop.
Weeks passed, as urban legends began to grow around him. Some folks called him the "Raincoat Person" while others called him "The Ghost in the Rain", because he would often dissappear into the rain, whenever someone had looked away.

Whenever humility and laughs were shared, The man's mission of the day was achieved. He knew that he and whoever he would talk to would never meet again after that faithful day. So why not do it again? He thought.
So he kept doing it. Over, and over again. He would only ever appear when the weather was rainy, or in the midst of bad weather..

The man kept doing what made him feel alive. Doing something good for once, even if some of these people in the subarbs weren't partically nice, or cared to sit down and chat

Until, the storms rolled away.
The man had vanished into the rain again, as the city was now covered with sunlight.

People saw for once the gloominess of the city wash away, along with the rain in a metaphorical sense, as several citizens began forgetting the times where they had happiness, even in the dark and gloomy weather.
Soon, people slowly began to forget the man, and his good deeds, as his nameless identity faded into the misty rain.

The man never appeared again, even after the rain returned. His humility was now lost apon those who had felt it, or heard about it with the legend of his story.
What came back though, was another man in a differently colored raincoat. This time, in a grey trench-coat like raincoat, who shared the same morals as the man appeared one day.

This new man wasn't going to let the humility be lost apon the city, even if the man had given up, or died a quiet and isolated death, only to be forgotten by those who didn't care.
So, the new nameless man took his place, as he did the same routine. This time, he wasn't going to dissappear permentantly, even if the rain came back.

And the story of The Man in the Raincoat begins anew. A nameless song being repeated for those in need, for a bit of life and humility brought back into their bleak lives.

The whole story is literally a giant metaphor (not seriously), if you can figure it correctly
