Dugong (Hungry Europans)

This mod aims to add few lore and gameplay friendly Dugong versions to be compatible with Hungry Europans (and Enhanced Reactors optionally)

The Dugong is a scout class submarine. Its small size, maneuverability and straightforward layout make it a good choice for novice sailors. The submarine lacks any Fabricator, Medical Fabricator or Deconstructor, forcing the crew to rely on outpost facilities during their ventures. It is know some shipyards made few attempts to modernize Dougong in attempt to solve multiple issues original design has.

Current submarins:

Dugong (Kitchen) - Classic Dugong submarine with Kitchen, Crew and Toilet sections added siutable to play with Hungry Europans mod enabled. Armory moved to the unused section on a lower deck. No other changes are done.

Dugong 2 (Kitchen) - Tier 2 Dugong submarine conversion with Kitchen, Crew, Toilet and Production sections. Armory moved to the unused section on a lower deck. In comparison with Dugong classic design few changes were made:
- Control room moved to the top;
- Fabricator and Deconstructor were fit instead to support crew during long range operations;
- Two operable search light turrets added to echance the situation avarenes;
- Reactor overcharge equpment provides up to 3300 MW output (Dugong 3000 MW);
- Engine turbo compressor power output up to 300 HP (Dugong 270 HP);
- Cost increased up to 9000 credits (Dugong 5000 credits );
