No Role Balance + No Items On Spawn

This mod basically removes the minimal and maximum spawn limit for the roles. There is no limit on how many captains, medical doctors and security officers you can spawn at any time in the game.

This mod also removes items on spawn, meaning you do not spawn with any items except your ID card, clothes and headset.
