APIS Frackin Universe Patch

Just a few edits I made in response to how testing for a secret project went, regarding APIS interaction with FU.
Primarily, this mod overrides FU editing the radiomessage box so all 300 pixels (600 in practice) of my message box get used. Additionally, I tried to make the 50 page essay when you first get your ship go by a bit faster and decided hey why not let APIS read it.
I rewrote the tricorder info messages (don't worry, they still tell you what you need to know) and made them not stay on the screen as long, because if you don't understand what it said right away there's an amazing thing called the chat log and I expect you to use it.

Internally, this mod is REALLY sloppy, but it DOES do what it is meant to do.

If (huge if) I start making an actual feature patch for APIS with FU, this will be that mod. But I don't know if you've seen how many radiomessages are in frackin universe...they've got a lot of content. That's at least a week of patching, and I don't know if I wanna patch a mod when I could be playing Battlefield...
I am not making any further patches for APIS for Frackin Universe. For various petty reasons.
