Terrestrial Planet Pack

Description
More Planets: Part 1: Terrestrial Planets

This mod is the first in a 3-part series aimed at expanding the planet roster in the game (without getting too crazy).

Part 1, as the name above suggests, focuses on expanding planet options based on those from our own solar system that are inside the asteroid belt. This pack includes:

Planet: Mercury

A baren rock with identical appearance to the moon, Mercury is a simple world, rich in stone, iron, nickel, and silicon. Below the surface however, lies extremely high quantities of iron, making the planet great for shipbuilding. However, the planet also has its own environmental risks. Due to the extreme heat, you will need to stay indoors during the day.

Planet: Venus

Like Mercury, Venus is another extremely hot world. However, due to acidic vapors in the atmosphere and a runaway greenhouse effect, the temperature on Venus is hot enough to damage ships as well as players at all times of day if you dwell too long in the elements. It is recommended to make short visits or use safe zones to minimize your contact with the environment.

Speaking of safe zones, the planet is also uniquely rich in the material Iridium, which can be used to manufacture zone chips (albeit at a slow rate)

Dwarf Planet: Ceres

Primarily made as a thought experiment of "can I" rather than "should I", Ceres is represented with having -0.1g of gravity. Inspired by some questionable sci-fi ideas of using ceres as a gian centrifuge-style space station, Ceres has the effect of pushing all mobile objects away from its surface.

While identical in appearance to Mercury and the Moon, Ceres is extremely rich in rare resources.

These sound interesting! What sizes would you recommend for them? Thanks!

I love the idea of Ceres!
