因为太喜爱SOCOM MOD（https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=302869321&searchtext=），所以制作了这个专门配合SOCOM的武器MOD。

最初这个特别版是和SOCOM一起加载的，但在正式版出来后，由于SOCOM与IOV发生同名文件冲突，不能同时加载，所以我干脆把两个MOD合二为一，这样就避免了冲突的发生，缺点是以后SOCOM有更新，我也必要重新整合一次。不过为了更好的享受SOCOM乐趣，这痛苦是值得的。

这个整合版不只是制作了更多的武器装备，最大的特点是让5支部队的装备都有所不同，例如DEVGRU装备HK416/417但没有SCAR（这是事实），例如每个单位都有MK18但款式不同，尤其是陆军特种部队的MK18不叫MK18而叫CQBR（现实中绿帽子总是澄清说他们不装备海军的武器，他们只有短机匣M4），而且绿帽子的DIY私货也比其他单位多。另外有些武器在普通的IOV中是没有的，都是针对SOCOM特种版而制作的。

别一个重大变化是更改了队员的头像。皮肤是特种部队的，头像却是SWAT的——这是其他玩家那里反馈来的最大不满，所以现在这个SOCOM+IOV的整合版里全换成特种部队的头像。但有部分头像是打码的，有人可能因此而不满（但也有人认为这样更像特种部队了）。

Due to the file conflict problem between the SOCOM and IoV (have same name file) , so i had combine IoV and SOCOM together, in this way, it can avoiding the conflict, but the disadvantage is every time the SOCOM have update, i also had integrate it again, However, in order to better enjoy the fun of SOCOM, the pain is worth it.:)

This integrated version is not just make more numbers of weapons and equipments, the biggest feature is that allow each troops have different weapons and equipments.

For example, the DEVGRU have equipment the HK416 and HK417 but they dont have SCAR(It is true),another example,each units has MK18 but with different style, especially the Army Special Forces, theirs Mk18 is not called Mk18, they called it CQBR (In fact the Green Beret always clarified that they are not equipped the Navy's weapons, they only have the short upper M4, and also, Green Beret have more numbers of DIY weapons than other units .

In addition, the are some weapons can't find in the IoV，Because they are customized for SOCOM Special Edition.

Another big advance, I have changed the teammate's profile avatar. players always complain that their teammates's skin is special forces version, but in the teammate's profile, they only can use the SWAT police officer style's avatar. According to the feedback, now in this SOCOM-IoV special edition, the Operator style's avatar replaced the SWAT style's avatar, and you can find some avatar cover with mosaic, someone may dislike this ,but some people may think it is more closer to the SOF style.
