Description
The Valley Forge from Silent Running.

An American Airlines Space Freighter. After the extinction of all plant life on Earth, the Valley Forge and 7 other freighters were refitted with domes containing the last surviving forests. The mission would later be discontinued and the crew ordered to jettison and destroy the domes.
