Description

Batman, from DC Comics, joins the Fray!

*Special Moves/Abilities*

-Batarang (Neutral Special): A projectile that Batman throws from his utility belt.
-Grapple Gun (Side Special on ground): Batman shoots his grapple gun at the opponent. If you hit them with the sweet spot, Batman will latch on and follow up with a flying kick for more damage.
-Grapple Gun (Side Special in air): Batman shoots his grapple gun and launches himself through the air. He can hit his opponent with a kick as he flies through the air. If you time it right, he can hit with both the grappling hook and a kick.
-Dark Knight Uppercut (Up Special): Batman launches upwards and hits with an attack.
-Arkham Counter/Smoke Bomb (Down Special on ground): If timed correctly, Batman can counter his opponents' attack. If the counter fails, Batman will follow up with a Smoke Bomb that causes damage to any opponent who enters the smoke cloud.
-Arkham Counter (Down Special in air): If timed correctly, Batman can counter his opponents' attack.
-Gliding Cape (Hold Jump): If you hold the jump button, Batman can glide for a short amount of time. (May not work properly if tap jump is on)

-Costume 1: Dark Blue
-Costume 2: Light Blue
-Costume 3: Black
-Costume 4: Black and White
-Costume 5: Zur-En-Arrh
-Costume 6: Joker
-Costume 7: Green Lantern
-Costume 8: White Lantern

-Costume 10: Batzarro

*Future Updates*

-My hope is to eventually have Batman tournament viable. Balancing suggestions are welcome.
-Possibly more alternate costumes.

@Dayfah, thanks for the kind words! Also, thanks for the feedback and the heads up on the back throw. I have updated Batman to hopefully fix some stuff you brought up. In regards to your up throw suggestions... sometimes I'm limited in what I can do with a character, due to whatever sprite artwork is available. Not saying your suggestions are impossible, but I also kinda like his throw for now, lol. I did give it a slight buff though. So I hope you enjoy this recent patch!

@StrikeJP This has to be one of the best characters in the workshop but he could still use some work on his back grab keeping people stuck in place and side special being a little too strong so if you could fix that it would be wonderful. and also on his up grab could you make it so batman just bat grapples the opponent upward(without batman going up with them) or even have batman place and EMP on the ground that blast your opponent upward and make it able to hit others around the area but again not to strong nor to wide of a hit-box. just some suggestions I wanted to put out there, its up to you on the final take.
