Made for the Particle Mayhem 2 event.

UPDATE LOG:
January 7th, 2023
- Removed orbiting planets
- Cleaned up and made the effect more uniform and less similar to the effect "Nebula"
- Improved movement locks on cloud systems to make movement look cleaner
- New promos to reflect the changes

April 21, 2024
- Fixed an issue where some particles would spin far too fast
- Replaced the stars with custom star sprites (thanks Glebotron!)
- Optimized max particle limits
