The mod adjusts the sizes of vanilla models to maintain consistency for characters that are significantly larger than regular humans. If you are able to modify the packfile, removing the resize edits should not cause any issues.
Does it cause any issues if I would say, remove the resize edits you've made on this pack?
the apparent size of the character model. this is different from the actual collision.
