Maned Wolves

Description
A small mod that adds maned wolves (Chrysocyon Brachyurus).

Maned wolves inhabit any grasslands, shrublands and savannas, hunt vermin, are solitary creatures, and fairly rare.
They are enjoyed for their long legs, their unique bark, and their distinctive manes.

I'm tempted to add their funny cannabis piss smell feature somehow.

There's a :1 missing after TAUPE_DARK in the TL_COLOR_MODIFIER token for the legs and feet hair colors, and those also aren't being defined currently because the TL groups for those are a bit unintuitive - they're separated into front, and rear groups, and toes are a separate group from feet.
