NOTE THAT THIS IS VERY W.I.P. AND JUST ABOUT EVERYTHING FROM PHYSICS TO FRAME DATA IS ABSOLUTELY SUBJECT TO CHANGE.

I made this because Skyler has been taking forever to make so I made a stick character of another one of my OCs instead.

Interesting features:
-I don't know how to limit the amount of times to use her up special in the air to 2 so you can use it infinitely.
-After jab 2, pressing the special button will perform a jab 3 that moves forward and is slower, but can cross up shields.
