Predictable IBS

Description
Predict what's next in IBS!

Display a sequence of poop spells (just like Tainted Blue Baby!) when player having IBS, as well as a charge bar on left.
This would make IBS way more fun and useable. The shown poop sequence is exactly what IBS would spawn next when charge bar is full.

make fiend folio compatible

because of fiend folio's poop api, it causes the icons not to display at all

Yes, it works for coop (and even Jacob + Esau!). For T. blue baby the IBS have individual poop list from his own one.
