No Gravity

Description
Because space and realism. At least SOME realism.
The best way to enforce a no-gravity rule on your server!

What it does:
- remove Gravity Generators (both directional and spherical) and Artificial Mass from the G menu
- (in Survival) remove Gravity Generators from spawn ships
- (in Survival) remove Gravity Generators and Artificial Mass blocks from existing grids
- nerf Artificial Mass to 0g
- nerf Gravity Generators to very high power consumption levels (mitigation for not-removed blocks)

What is does NOT:
- (in Creative) remove Gravity Generators from cargo ships
- (in Creative) remove some or all Gravity Generators from existing grids

Untested:
- Gravity Generators from cargo ships in Survival

TODO: better handle the cargo ships case, better mitigation, less risks of side-effects.

Using the mod deletes whole grids that have gravity generators on them. Have not tested grids with artificial masses on them.

@Rebellionmarch I like those things, they're cool for testing spin gravity, a form of 'gravity' that doesn't require a magic box that makes everything go down.

Does this fix the door when people are in zero-G. It is soo hard to go through! Also inertia dampeners are actualy realistic as it just uses thrusters on the oposite side as you are traveling to decelerate. But if you don't want to use it just press "Z".

OMG Very good!!! Thanks for this mod! I was wondering if you could make another one to remove inertia dampeners! they are so unrealistic for me and my friends...
