No NPC Weapon Drop on Death

this addon doesnt use timer that wastes performance for no particular reason, instead it uses "OnNPCKilled" hook so it only triggers when the npc dies, shrimple as that 🦐

let me know if anyone really needs medkit drops since ive never seen someone actually use addon that drops medkit when enemy killed, my addon would simply overwrite the flags
