10,141 bricks, definitely a high brick count for lower-end PC's will be reccomended to caps your FPS to 40-60 (whatever you get when looking at the world trade center)

Has working lights in the office and a emergency alarm
Has a office room, boss room, meeting room, two bathrooms, and a lunch room
Has a enterable lobby, office, and observation deck
Has roleplay capabilities (friend and private lobbys only)
