Description

When L4D1 entered its E3 phase, Bill had a simple striped shirt which was used up until that phase ended.

All this mod does is bring the stripes back with his modern look.

This is just the body texture btw, no model or anything else, so it can be used with any other Bill mod that doesn't change the body.
