Added a +6 loyalty modifier for a radius of 600 meters.

The Motherland Calls is the compositional centre of the monument-ensemble Heroes of the Battle of Stalingrad on Mamayev Kurgan in Volgograd, Russia. At 85 m (279 ft), it is the tallest statue in the eastern hemisphere outside of Asia and the tallest statue (excluding pedestals) of a woman in the world.

Funny, I wanted to place that monument yesterday and was annoyed that it did not provide any loyality. Nice mod!

@Rikenbacker - Ah, that makes sense. Then just to be clear, can I assume we still need the original mod for the model and your mod just adds the loyalty to it.

Because I'm not the author of the original mod. The author of the original does not respond to requests for more than a year. So I took his mod and modified it.

So glad you revisited this mod to add loyalty. Thank you. I am surprised you didn't just edit the original mod to add the loyalty setting.
