Only Player can confederate / 唯有玩家可以合邦

This mod will block all the AI confederation options in their diplomacy option. Only player can confederate with other faction as shown in the picture above.
May not save-game compatible, recommend new game for this mod. After all, don't you think is a bit too late to use this in a save game that some AI faction already confederated too many faction.
It should compatible with other mod as well.


Below is some notes, you can ignore it or you can choose to read it.


During the testing phase, i used a trainer that grant me and AI 1000 diplomacy point while negotiating. The trainer clearly stated their function also work on AI faction. Without this mod you can see a lot of faction got confederated every turns. So that i know can the AI confederate or not in their turn. Which the test result shows that the mod is working and only player can. You can also use the no confederation cool-down mod that i made if you want to grow strong in 1 turns.

I have also made a mod with the same function in 6 days after the game was released on epic.
There were a number of bugs while using that one.
However. this is a different way to achieve the function of blocking AI confederation action compare to the one that i made 3 years ago on 3dm gamer form. Bugs such as the intro of the new campaign is gone, or you can't get any favor from the god (didn't test this one i think is gone) etc are now gone in this new V3 version of the mod.

However, I will also expect a great number of bugs for this one as well. Feel free the mention below after confirmation is this mod's responsibility. If i see it and has the time i will try fix it.

这个mod会禁止所有AI外交中的合邦选项，只有玩家可以合邦。
但是能不能用在旧档我害真没测过，我也不知道，但是说来旧档AI都快合了整个地图了，也没什么用的必要了不如开个新档。
至于mod兼容性这个应该是没问题的。


下面是一些小记，可以看可以不看，不影响使用


在我测试的时候，我是开了风灵月影的外加功能的，就是因为修改器说他AI也起效所以才开。如果没装这个mod正常情况下，每个回合都能看到一堆AI合邦，这样才能帮我测测AI到底能不能合邦方便验证mod起效没，当然事实就是有效的。如果你想的话，这个mod是可以和我之前上传的合邦无冷却mod一起用的。

其实在游戏于epic商店首发6天后我就做过一个一样功能的mod。
但是那个玩意有着一大堆的bug。
然后这个mod则是采取了和我3年前上传于3dm论坛上那个mod完全不一样的实现方式。之前旧版里面的例如新战役白胡子老头的逼逼被跳过或是造神殿拿不到神眷（其实这个我没测，但是应该也没了，老头那个确定好了）之类的bug在这个新的V3版本里面都没了。

但是还是有可能有很多bug就是了，要是确定了是这个mod的问题，你可以评论里面发一下，我看到了加上有空的话尽量修一下。
