Reforged Eden starter version of jrandall FarPoint Compound.

The extended CPU requirements of 24 Large Optronic Bridge in the original design was a bit harsh for a newer player to achieve for a first base. Therefore this starter edition allows the base to grow into the final jrandall design.

This starter edition simply removes 6 of the 8 turrets, the 2 extended CPU's and changes the Advanced Constructor for a Large Constructor.
