Opiate addiction, Opiate overdose and Opiate withdrawal are a real issue, can't take multiple opiates at once and live (according to real studies), bandages serve a real purpose, saline is not a blood loss treating miracle.
2 fentanyl kills unless given naloxone- oh wait, that's too slow. :) wouldn't be if it was fast acting realistic.

=Opiates give a lot of Overdose, which can prove to be an effective offensive item as well as a good team killer.
=Bandages/Plastiseal heals the limb that they are applied to slowly (bleeding, burns and damage) [plastiseal heals 2x as fast, can be applied on top of bandages for extra speed]
=Deusizine as it is in Vanilla, however heals less of Damage and gives most Painkiller effect out of all sources.
=Antibiotic glue, cheaper, uses half durability per use, heals burns and bleeding the fastest out of any other medicine.
=Reaching 95% opiate overdose immediately kills you, realisticly overdose that high is not revertable.
