Cybernetics As Mutant

Description
Allows you to pick a starting cybernetic and use Becoming Nooks.
Side Effect: Esper players will quickly obtain the 'Glimmer of Truth' achievement. The game also treats you as a True Kin for the use of tonics, so you can never obtain mutation points from Eater's Nectar for example. I'm not good enough to ever do anything about this.

For all those trying to play high power hybrid runs, there's a replacement for Equity Tonic now. Search for the Genetic Resonance Tonic on the workshop.
