Beta for changed related national focus for germany

NOTHING IS FINAL

if you have ideas, suggestions, or have a bug to report after testing the mod, please say something! I have no ideas and I probably won't be heavily testing new versions outside of ensuring they work on a basic level.

-Version updates-

0.1 beta for the focus tree mod currently just the skeleton with missing localization, weirdly edgy and ugly focuses, and very small and barebones, no events, overall just *dry*

this is the first version, will continue working to make it betterer

0.2 most of the above fixed besides ugly focuses and having no content also still edgy

0.3 Idk bunch of minor stuff and balancing changes, most important probably being addition of units for breakaway states, and removal of instant annexation options

0.35 big focus tree expansion, missing stuff to make it look pretty like localization, pictures, *flavor*, but I got lazy and wanted to get it out today anyway

0.4 localization, focus pictures, puppet decisions, and unit leaders and advisors, probably something else too but I forgor

0.45, small update added little side thing 21 days after doing germany retaken, I think I added a few other small things but I forgor

0.5, Soviet collapse, East African War, Leader Traits

0.6, added decisions to spread the disease to majors, like 10 new generals you get from coring certain countries, (England, Soviet Union, Finland, and Greece.), 3 new advisors, spy buff, political power gain, supply consumption decrease. Significant focus tree expansion, now includes invasion focuses for the rest of Asia and Africa, as well as coring. + Some minor bug fixes, and an additional event for the scp war telling you the countdown has started for better clarity. Also, new focuses only visible after completing victory in the west, and victory in the east respectively.

0.65, added leader picker, content for thunder science security, some unique puppet options for a few countries, new US related events, bug fixes, buffed SCP foundation, and some minor additions to make the game playable as other countries.

0.66, updated to 1.14.1 and added 1.5 focuses to thunder science security

0.66 part 2, added halmen's russian localization

0.7 final world conquest focuses, small balance of power thing, some new decisions to dump your piles of political power on, and some other small stuff probably

Updates from now on might be small unless I feel like doing a big thing

updated to be semi-functional on the 1.16
Changes:
game now starts with germany collapsed so there's less stuff to update
latex is now a separate country from germany
leaders for german government and bavaria
DOESN'T CRASH (probably, barely tested)
