That would only make sense in the specific case that you are using this mod + Chorfs Expanded Roster.
Chorfs Expanded Roster renames the vanilla's Hell-Forge "Flying Monsters" category to "Monsters" which is why you can now see the Siege Giant and the flying units in the same category.
People using vanilla without Chorfs Expanded Roster would just see a bunch of Squigs in the Flying Monsters category.
Temple guards would probably be too much for the "abomination" crowd.
Minotaurs are renowned for guarding sacred sites but the thing is that we are talking about Beastmen and Chaos Gods' sacred sites.
While Chaos Dwarfs make business stuff with other Chaos factions often, the Hashut/Chaos Gods relationship is shaky at best and He would probably not like Chaos Gods' guardians around his temple.
Thematically speaking they wouldn't fit nor into the K'daais or the Bull Centaurs cap/upgrade system and should have a separate custom one, but that's something that I most likely can't pull off (which is also why I dropped these Squigs in the Bull Centaurs cap/upgrade system and called it a day).
They are not suitable as a regular workforce - they go on a rampage too easily.
But even as a suggestion Minotaurs and Chaos Dwarfs are kinda messy.
For an unloreful mod is no biggie and everything goes but if we are talking about Lore Friendly territory we have different crowds saying very different things, mainly:
-The ones who claim that Chorfs see Minotaurs as abominations and find them an affront to Hashut
-The ones who claim that Chorfs see Minotaurs as inferior beings because they are not Chorfs and would use them as slaves at best
-The ones who claim that Chorfs would not care and just use Minotaurs as mercenaries to bolster their ranks
-The ones who claim that Minotaurs are somehow integrated with the Chorf society because Blood Bowl says so which is...uh...not exactly the best place for lore related stuff if you ask me, but to each their own I guess
I would be EXTREMELY undecided about how Chorfs' Minotaurs should look like, to say the least.
